ALTERNATIVE OUT IN THE FIELDS

In a whole new world, we need some “vuja de”.

The #vujade, a concept expressed by Karl E. Weick and also taken up by Adam Grant in “Originals”, is the ability to question the standards, the status quo, the predefined conditions.

The déjà vu occurs when we encounter something new but we seem to have already seen it. The vuja de works in reverse mode: we face something familiar but we look at it with new eyes so that we can come up with new solutions to old problems.

In Twenty-first century we think we can find a way out with originality, constantly questioning everything and asking ourselves: is there an alternative?

This is why we organized ALTERNATIVE OUT IN THE FIELDS together with Sebastiano Zanolli a full day dedicated to generate ideas, exposing ourselves to stimuli, recovering energy, confronting ourselves in an extraordinary environment.
